If there aren't enough students in a grade to create a virtual classroom, and those teachers don't somehow link up with another school in the same situation to create a classroom, one class in that grade will be a hybrid class. |
What?! What a mess. |
That really pisses me off. I don't want my kids teacher to have to have split time between their online students and their in the classroom students. It's not fair to the teacher and it's not fair to any of those kids. I really hope that the principals are working together to minimize that situation. |

What is the breakdown of kids doing virtual in elementary school versus in person?
|
It is about 17% |
My Principal said that with the initial virtual offering they had 10 kids sign up. After the applications were reopened, they had 85 students who chose virtual. Total student body is about 530. |
