How old are we talking about? Self sufficient kids who sorta just need a warm-blooded person in the room or are we talking g young kids who need a super vigilant person to follow routine and engage.

OP here. Our child is a six month old baby. I’m working on getting the routine to be bathed, fed and in bed by 6 before I would have to leave. That’s weekdays. Weekends the nanny may have the baby in the afternoons thru the evening.

I think this is incredibly appealing and a great opportunity for the right person! Geez, free rent and utilities plus a competitive rate when working? It’s not a forever job - probably a year or two at most - but a rare chance for someone to really save money.
