Lazy Boy furniture any good?

We have a La-z-boy sofa with two sides that recline with lever arms. It is not a thing of beauty but comfortable and working after 18-20 years. The only hole in the cover is where a family member did something stupid that I’d rather not specify. We use things hard, too. Dogs, kids, adults: no mercy.

How’s their general product quality?

bought a sofa bed it worked 1 time when it was delivered.didn’t use for 2 years and it wouldn’t go all the way down frame was bent. Called lazy boy they sent out technician he found frame bent ordered new frame 4 weeks later frame came in charged me $178.00 to have it installed. There not the company they use to be.will never buy from them again!

Our couch and loveseat from LB are 14 years old. 3 kids, 2 dogs and we are hard on furniture. The frame is in good shape, cushions are ok too. The fabric is just now starting to wear out. We plan on buying from there. I may get the top grade fabric next time, that’s the only thing I’d change.

Yes, they're fantastic. We have a really nice modern looking sectional in our LR - everyone is really surprised when they find out it's La-Z-Boy because they expect this brand to be those ugly multi-cushion reclining things only.

My issue with la z boy is not the comfort but the bulky size. When I visited Hamilton Sofa I found equally comfortable furniture which was slimmer and more stylish.
