Agree. Fake news at least in the short term.

It’s just a rumor, so that means it’s not news. So it can’t be fake. It maybe wrong, but it isn’t fake. C’mon Ray, be better.

Assuming that is true, so what? Now that DCE has Pinnacle and great 8, of which LI Express has no involvement, and two great recruiting classes with 21/22, what is LI Express really giving parents?

2023 is getting better. 2024 had a ton of injuries. 2025 and 2026 will be solid teams.

My DS has been in the BLC/DCE program since 2nd Grade. We aren’t going anywhere else.

Yes, DCE has a blueprint now on how to get its best players to the best colleges. Rinse, repeat.

Blueprint was different for 21 and 22’s (who mostly committed before this years slate of tourny’s). We’ll see if new blueprint works for 23’s, 24’s etc. Not saying it won’t, but nobody knows. We do know NLF slate works.

And the last sentence is written by a Madlax proponent. Hundreds of great players get recruited every year that never played in an NLF event, I think we can move on.

I guess we’ll all find out on Sept 1st with the 23’s for DCE. They played new schedule this summer re no NLF. Let’s all see if Ray and the boys made the right move.

DCE kids are gonna be just fine.

My favorite part of this season’s recruiting is going to be watching ML take all the credit for the DC Dog commits. I still don’t understand why they affiliated, but those commitments will have near zero to do with ML. Just don’t tell that to ML social media.

My favorite part of this recruiting season will be watching DCE 23’s have no commitments and then continue to tell the 24’s, 25’s and 26’s that they have the blueprint for getting kids recruited.

DC Dogs was Club Blue and they affiliated with MadLax to get access to NLF & NAL type events. Honestly, it was a good move by both parties b/c MadLax '23s were very weak at the time, and Club Blue needed to backing from a big brand to get exposure.

Agree, marriage of connivance both needing something from the other and it was a success clearly.

Don't we leave that to the school and why hasn't DCE 23 got the attention. Are they not that good? Or because they didn't get the exposure by not playing at NLF. So does it hurt or not when they don't play NLF when you look at Pinnacle not too impressed with caliber of teams playing. Isn't why DCDogs went to ML to get that exposure and branding?
