DC Bilingual applied to use at-risk preference. Any other schools applying?

Washington Latin applied and was approved by the charter board to implement the at-risk preference. This is in addition to opening a second campus. Here is the info this far provided to parents:

Given the huge jump in the percentage of at-risk families that apply from grade 5 to 6 and 9 to 10, it seems like if Latin took kids after the entry years (or started MS at 6th grade) that would help a lot with equity. Have they discussed doing this in addition to the preference?
