Absolutely not! Penn State , the 'Sanctuary City for P*edophiles!

Never. It's not something my family does. I never even got a college t-shirt.

Nope. I give directly to local charities. That’s it.

They sent more crap (I think it was a rubik's cube with campus buildings on each side that sent me over the edge), and I told them I was done.

Because everything is a racket. No doubt some university-connected crony set up a middle man company to win the knick-knack "marketing" bid for that crap and made millions sending you all that junk.

Yes, because I was a full ride scholarship kid. I'm paying it forward.

No, and the only reason is because they keep Louis DeJoy on the Board. Dump him, and I'll happily send a check.

No. I paid tuition.

I also don’t donate money to any other organization that provides me a service.

I do donate money to a college scholarship but not to my specific alma mater.

Based on the landscaping, it looks like they have plenty.

I give to the Catholic Church on campus. I appreciated the programs they had when I was there, and I want to support the work they do. The rest of the school? No. Tuition has gone up twice the rate of inflation. They seem to add a new building every couple of years. I won’t be able to afford to send my kids there when the time comes. They don’t need my money.

Yes, my SLAC gave me a lot of financial aid and even a stipend for a semester so I could intern in my field. My similarly financially situated friends at other colleges had a harder time launching their careers and far more debt. I am grateful. Also, the percentage of alumni who donate influence rankings in the future.

John Mulaney went to Georgetown

No. Their endowment is something like $1.5 million per student. I don’t have that much to give anyway, so for my charitable donations of choice I want to give it somewhere where it’ll make an actual different.

I give to a charity that is sorta run through the school so it counts toward giving to the school and I get the special club membership and extra mailings. A cousin works for the charity and the money goes directly to him and he gives it directly to people in need. Otherwise, no.

He was a double legacy and his parents are both wealthy. Im sure they’ve donated quite a bit. Love Mulaney but once you realize the background, the bit does have the same punch.
