The big clubs are leaving CCL because their older teams affiliated with ECNL are now putting their B teams in ECNL Regional.

That’s true. At SYC, we put the best boys I MLS Next and then players into VA Union (McLean’s ECNL). And then for our girls, we put them on CCL 🤷‍♀️

Leaving col next gen ... had weekends with no games. Ncsl has a set amount of games.

Op here.

Are both NCSL and EDP Futures 7v7? Would there be more of a requirement for travel for one over the other, or are they similar geographically?

Just having a look at the BSC website and it seems that the top team in the age group is in CCL, then EDP, then NCSL.

Thanks

Just go on NCSL's website and look at the game schedules for U9. You can see where the teams go. Most games are within 1/2 hour of us but we are in Northern VA. May be more travel if you are in Bethesda. Usually one game that is quite far (Calvert County MD). They are 7 v 7 for U9/10 and 9 v 9 for U11/12.

They are both 7v7. Edp futures plays at soccer plex.

Where do you see the leagues listed? I don't see them for next season.
