It makes me so self-conscious. Will it wear off with time.

They used 35 units to treat me forehead and 11s.

I can appreciate that you are having regrets about the purchase, but I don’t think claiming that a doctor over injected you is a fair complaint. 35 units is not a heavy hand. Sometimes these items crop up, even among very trained “reputable” injectors. I go a board certified derm, but that doesn’t negate that sometimes the botox doesn’t minimally travel.

I do find that my face 24-48 hours post injection looks different than where is settles after about a week +/-. Op you nay find in a couple days you look more like a refreshed version of yourself.

Not sure what I was trying to say, “botox MAY minimally travel”.

That's insane! I pay $280 for 22 units and my injector is very skilled. That said, even "the best" injectors have mistakes. It happens to all of them.

What was the consult like before they started injecting? What kinds of questions did they ask? What kinds of faces did they ask you to make? How long did they wait to inject?
Why do you think they are "the best?"
What is their suggestion to fix it? Most reputable injectors will make you wait two weeks.

PP again. $20 per unit! That is insane! Are you sure it wasn't Dysport, which is stronger I think?

This just happened to me - 1st time, day 5 and it takes all my energy to keep my eyes wide open now. You'd have to really look at me to see the eybrow skin resting on my eye lid. But it hurts, my eyeballs feel the pressure. And I stopped wearing mascara or any eye makeup to work as it just smudges up and down.

But the headache and eye dryness and pain is constant. I'm almost at the 2 week mark but not sure what a dermatologist can do at this point. Help!

+1
This happened to me and I had more injected and it made it better. Go back and see what they recommend.

I prefer my before the Botox face. I am so disappointed, I know it works great for many. I am 41 and never had a Botox before.

Sad that you fell for the hype.

You are very young.

Yes, you don’t look 20 and aren’t 20, so that makes sense.

Stop injecting a powerful toxin into your healthy face. (My friend now gets migraines without Botox—she never had them before)

maybe your injector is not as good as you think she is - ive never had this happen.

I've had the opposite. My injector puts a tiny amount under my brows for a tiny eyelid lift. I need a blepharoplasty, but it's hard to find time for a week of downtime right now. Maybe yours could do that to correct the new droop?

Yes I have hooded lids and my derm said this is a risk if it’s not done correctly.

Yikes, good luck at touch up.

This happened and our injector refunded it because he made a mistake and went to low
