Is there a full list of clubs somewhere?

I think returning clubs are GFR, VYS, VSA, PWSI, Villarreal, Stafford, Strikers, Kickers, Tidewater...and Legacy, Loudoun, Beach and Fredericksburg are joining. Who else?

Arlington and SOCA.

Our club (Vienna) has already sent out a schedule. It looks like there must be a North and South division. We are at Beach and Legacy the first weekend in late August, so those would be out of division games. Then the rest of our games are local. There are no games this Fall for Kickers, Strikers, Tidewater, Soca, or Fredericksburg.

For U11 and U12, this is pretty clearly the best league in VA. For U13 and above, I’ll appreciate the local games and hope that the competition is good enough.

How many games are on your schedule?

Arlington is going to be easily bored of the lack of competition. Should have stayed in CCL but I guess to much pressure from ECNL to get second teams into ECNL-R.

It's CCL all over again. Club based leagues don't work.

That’s precisely the reason they left CCL. No real competition. The league sadly fell off. It was fun while it lasted. Glad two of my children played at least 3 seasons there.

VPSL is the best league in Virginia for U11, U 12. ECNL is the best league beyond that. Are there great players and teams not in either? Of course.

No real competition? I don't remember how standings finished off last year but can't recall Arlington being dominant. I think Alexandria won the boys side and Beach the girls side. Arlington may have the numbers and excellent teams at the ECNL level but their second teams (Red) and below aren't all that dominant. Solid yes.
