We are f*%@ing doomed to WIN THIS BATTLE. Keep bumping! |
bumpity, bump, bump
we may yet come out of our health issues slump |
I hate mitch mcconnell. Stupid non-awesome jerk. |
Have any of you who are so happy about the health bill actually read the whole thing?
Just wondering.... |
Congress hasn't even read the whole thing. Nor have I read ANY law in completion. That doesn't mean we are misinofrmed about the salient contributions of the healthcare law. |
I read the kff.org summary and comparison charts. They are kept pretty up to date and are straightforward. On thomas.gov you can find the bill broken down into sections. I haven't read the whole friggin 2,000 pages, but I have read a significant part of it (parts I'm interested in). |
Seriously. Tell me one person who HAS read the whole thing. As if some secret horror is buried on page 918 and I am an idiot for not knowing about it. |
No, I haven't. But every time you post in this thread.... Ding! AWESOMENESS! |
Nobody, most likely. Which is scary in and of itself. |
Not really. I mean, I agree scary that any law REQUIRES 2000 pages, but the fact that the public has (I think rather judiciously) decided to let analysts give them the highlights is not alarming. THe fact is, the way this law will affect you will be able to be summarized in 3-4 paragraphs. |
