I don’t recommend Nemacolin if you’re looking for an upscale experience. It’s overpriced and kinda cheesy. Like a poor person’s idea of a rich person’s spa.

I am a big spa person and thought the Nemacolin spa was excellent.

I have been to luxury spas around the world. I personally love the ones in Asia and the Middle East best but Nemacolin is pretty good for an American spa.

I have not been but how about four seasons Baltimore?

Philadelphia would be in the middle. I thought the rittenhouse hotel was nice. I went to the spa that trip but can’t remember if it was at rittenhouse or elsewhere.

I agree. Never understood the appeal of Nemacolin.

I thought the spa itself was the best part of Nemacolin. The rest felt sort of tacky, in a Trumpy kind of way.

Another vote for Center City in Philadelphia, Rittenhouse Square. Lots of good, walkable restaurants.
