Statements like this remind me why people roll their eyes at urbanites. The acronym "DMV" stands for the "District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia." No one is "in" all 3. I live in Fairfax but don't know and don't care about every little DC neighborhood anymore than people who live in DC know/care about every neighborhood in the "V" part of DMV.
