Anyone BTDT with 3 under 3?

In a similar boat since my first two are great sleepers, and generally easy going kids. I think we are going for 3 but it’s possible that #3 will come later. I do worry about being spread thin since I plan to work. If #3 is like my first two, then everything will be fine, but realize that chances of that happening are low since 1 and 2 are really easy kids.
