No, I refer to people who perform attorney jobs. Those whose titles are patent attorneys or general attorneys. I know some examiners have law degrees, but they are in examiner positions that do not require a law degree or passing the bar.

Yes almost everyone in trademarks is burnt out. It’s grueling.

My neighbor is a patent examiner. She has a great WFH lifestyle even before Covid but seems to be bored out of her mind with the actual work. She’s always “looking” for a new job but never actually leaves.

Would you only take the trademark job is its the only option left? Or even then, it's not worth it?
