How do people end up doing private soccer coaching?

| My son does have a private coach, but the guy is a licensed coach at his club (not for his team, for another birth year's team). I would not pay a person without qualifications. I played soccer in college myself (D3 school, though), and think I could likely work with my son as well as a non-licensed, non-professional coach. YMMV. |
