I have 3 kids, all who were late talkers. With my first I was so worried and my mother was insistent about it being due to a hearing problem or some serious issue. By my 3rd I knew that my kids just speak late. I can’t get them to stop talking, nowadays.

Early intervention for sure. Even if it is just for an evaluation, it can be helpful. With her age and her vocabulary, I would say there is a high chance she is speech delayed. I would not normally jump to autism, but rather, she may need a little boost with her speech expression skill set.
