Please help! 14 month old screaming all night!

You guys have got to read this! I hope your problems are as simple as what mine were! My 14mo has also been waking up about 6 times each night for the last week in fits of screaming, just like you've all described. After reading all your posts, I decided to take her to the pead on monday to check out her ears for an ear infection as there is no sign of her molars yet. Also, nothing I've given her has been helping. Anyway, tonight after our bath I realized she didnt want me to put on her clothes, strange?? So I just put on one layer instead of the usual 3 layers, and also left off her socks. You wont believe this...she slept like a dream!!! For the first time in a week!!!!! Poor angel was trying to tell me all along that she was dying if heat in her cot!!!!

My son did this for a while after we returned home from a week long vacation without him. He did great at his grandparents that week, no anxiety or weird issues. But a few days after returning home he started waking up with blood curdling screams too. It lasted a couple weeks. Maybe it's just an adjustment issue for your son as well.

Oops I didn't realize how old this was. And PP why were you dressing your child in so many layers to begin with?

I have used the hair dryer or the vacuum to help my son sleep sence he was a infant he had colic terribly he is 14months n his molars are coming in n wow he is so irritable n mr.vacuum still seems to be helping him sleep it has been almost a week I hope he gets through this soon poor lil baby bear... he tugs at both of his ears, he bites everything ,screams his head off , when I walk into the other room he freaks out he still drinks his bottle good he sleeps through the night pretty good thank goodness I wish I could help him more if he doesn't improve with in 5 days im gonna take him to the pediatrician to see if it might be an infection wish me luck #survival of the molars
