| Our screen porch is 18 x 20. We did 4 recessed lights with a large ceiling fan (no light). We put dimmers on the lights. It’s perfect! Put heaters on the porch!! So happy we did. We also did a fireplace with a tv above. |

We're just finishing a 12x24 screened-in porch. Two ceiling fans, three skylights, four sconces. Composite decking. No other bells and whistles. I'm a bit jealous of the PP's fireplaces but I was wary of 3-season windows due to some mixed reviews.
$60k, contract signed in late December. The cost seems insane but the work is more involved than I would have believed. It's taking 2 months of reasonably steady construction. |
