I’m a teacher (OP). I’ve already emailed my AP and P saying I can’t make it in tomorrow. I’m not losing from my sick bank fortunately because it’s a state of emergency and the law contemplates these situations. Lord bless y’all.

I call BS. Northam state of emergency does not contemplate this. And you can’t not teach for every state of emergency. For example, we are atill in the COVID state of emergency

But depots have their own fuel supplies OP.

How are DCUM posters still so bad at detecting sarcasm

It’s not like teachers haven’t been misstating crap like this all year.

Trolls. You mean trolls.

If you were a teacher you would know they wouldn't call for an asynchronous day. They would make it full virtual, like when it snowed. But that's not going to happen, school will be normal tomorrow and you are a troll!

Friendly reminder when 1 inch snowed this winter I had the day off.

Cry me a River.

Also, my LEA with collective bargaining is getting that juicy draft ready to legally mandate Mondays asynchronous

This thread is so dumb. I'll bet you used to call for school to close at the first sight of a snowflake.
