Assume really good kids are getting offers before tryouts to lock them in. Good kids are getting offers after first tryout to lock them in. Everyone else is going through the second tryout and getting an offer within 48-72 hours. If you haven’t heard within 72 hours after the second tryout, you are on list b waiting for someone to say no.

correct, your on list B and also gives the player time to try and find a new home.

I'm 43 but I just got an offer to play 2 years up in a 45 and over team. Some of the players are much bigger than me, but I think it'll be good for my development.
