I second (or third?) the alexander suggestion. I think it goes with Isaac very well. I like Elliott, too.

Love using family names as middle names, though. You said your maiden name was no good. Is there a masculine version of your first name? My name is Alexandria and DS's middle name is, yep, Alexander. Michelle = Michael; Christina = Christopher; Charlote = Charles; that sort of thing.
