We just kept the door to the bathroom closed, with a doorknob cover so she couldn't open it. We put cabinet locks on any cabinets with cleaning products in it, kept medications on a high shelf, secured tall furniture, and used outlet covers. We had a baby gate that opened across the entrance to the kitchen (no door).
