Tried calling their number several times, and learned the story by calling GW. There's no message on Physicians for Women phone line to incoming callers that the practice had closed, with a number to call to get medical records. Very sad that they did not provide that info. Am getting my med records and going elsewhere. Not GW. Took 45 minutes to talk to someone in GW's OB/GYN scheduling to confirm the practice had closed.
