Whoever came up with the parkingplan at Saks and the manner it's to be done ought to be fired Maybe they are trying. To keep customers out of Saks!!!

What's the deal with this parking? I tried to go shopping at Saks this AM and didn't realize they opened so late and left. Obviously couldn't get a receipt or validation since they weren't open. No gates and drove away but as I was driving saw something that said air garage and 24/7. Am I going to get some sort of ticket?
