Anyone else rewatching breaking bad?

Has anyone rewatched BB and not been that impressed? I liked it the first time but it doesn't hold up as well as others. I watch The Wire through every couple of years and think it's better every time. BB, not so much.

I liked BB - but I liked the Wire much more. BB is not a show I would rewatch. I might rewatch the Wire - especially now that you say you like it more every time.

I never rewatch shows - especially ones I loved, like BB. I just revisit it in my memory all the time. I think rewatching might ruin it.

I am rewatching it and loving it but when I first watched it, I literally binged it. Canceled on people, didn’t go to work etc. Now I’m thinking “that’s odd I did that. It’s not that crazy addictive” but maybe that’s because I wouldn’t binge any show these days like that.

She was pregnant when the series started. Holly isn’t born until he end of season 2.

And it was pretty clear that she had been out of the workforce for a while.

Perhaps Junior had a ton more health issues she took him to appointments for.

Interesting because I recently rewatched the Wire and was disappointed by how much it didn’t hold up. Ditto with the Sopranos, actually, too. They both seemed to confuse having multiple storylines and large casts and “grittiness” with complexity, but on rewatch, they both felt like .... just a ton of storylines and characters. Sorry David Chase.
