What is nepotism?

"the practice among those with power or influence of favoring relatives or friends, especially by giving them jobs."

What are the procedures for COVID protocol?
Is there a Board that oversees and handles complaints when they are not addressed by Head and Asst. Head?
Why is the enrollment continuing to decline?
What is the average number of years that faculty stay at this school?

Have talked to others and they agree.stories coming home about teachers not wearing masks in class. Friends and admin/teachersstanding in groups talking about what “we” did over the last year. Not even close to the 6’ or even 3” distance. Yes there is a board that oversees their friends. From what I have heard the newer teachers come then leave. The longer staying teachers are “connected”. With this structure, decline in families is Inevitable.

School accepts all who apply b/c less than 100 students in whole school, but don't have resources to support special needs students and teachers don't have resources they need to teach.

They also seem to favor keeping white teachers over teachers of color. Most recent example is how they slimmed down after covid.

Tons of applications? Hmmm.. the dwindling numbers during COVID when other privates in their area were waitlisting begs to differ.
