Can sleep deprivation make you sick?

All sorts of things can cause a slight illness. 100.8 is barely a fever so I wouldn't stress it unless it gets worse. Pre-COVID school wouldn't even send you home until you hit 101.

I had this happen to me several times when my older DD was a baby. She never slept more than an hour or so at a time (bad reflux, even medicated), so neither did I. I consulted with both my OB and my PCP. Exhaustion left my body weak and took its toll. Rest and hydrate as much as you can. It doesn’t feel like it now, but this will pass.
