What can you tell me about Tenleytown / Friendship Heights?

I'm not in the neighborhood, but I know that Middle C music store has space for lessons and that there's a Joy of Motion dance studio in Friendship heights. It seems like a lot of your neighbors would be interested in sports up there, but I have no details for you.

What are homes going for these days? Interested in SFHs, townhomes, and condos.

I think of FH as both DC and MD. Crestview and Brookdale are right across the DC border and the school system is much better (ES are about the same, middle and HS are way better than Deal and Wilson). Walking distances to shops and metro are the same. Don't know about condo prices (most condos are clustered around the Tenley and FH metros), but duplexes are mostly on the DC side and go for $650K-$1 mil+. SFH go from aout $720-1 mil+.

I didn't know about this. Where is it and can you include the name and hours its open if you know them. Thanks!

It's next to Bloomingdale's- check out Montgomery County Parks and Rec for more info. They are open every day I think 9-9 M-F, Saturdays 9-6 and Sundays 12-6.
