ISO advice on 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland -- check engine light is constantly on

Our Honda had the same issue, and a mechanic told us it can happen because the gas cap isn't sealing properly or we're simply not closing it enough.

It's no big deal. I know it sucks to see the Check Engine light on all the time, but life ain't perfect.

Honestly the most common reason that this frequently occurs is a loose gas cap.
Make sure that it is not loose.
