Spring uniform?

I feel like I would look horrible in those jeans!

I'm not fashionable but I wear skinny jeans almost every day. For spring will do short or long sleeved t's, maybe a cardigan or jean jacked depending.

Same- that is what I wear with sneakers or flats. Also will wear casual cotton button downs.

AGree. Awful. Completely awful looking.

Skinny will always be in. I read that from in Vogue fashion. You will never 100% get rid of skinny. It looks too good on some people. And the skinny cigarette pants like Audrey Hepburn. Some things are just staples in fashion.

I would rather have my body look good then wear god-awful looking mom jeans like above. Mom jeans on a 20-year old --ok trendy. Mom jeans on 30-50 year olds- no dumpy.

I don’t think any of those women look dumpy. Not even close. Maybe not your cup of tea, but dumpy, no.

Disagree. These mom jeans do not provide a flattering silhouette. Especially that top pair. So ugly!

There's a reason skinny jeans are so popular and I think it's because of the SHOES. Notice how all these women are in heels. There's no way in hell I'm wearing heels on a daily basis. I can wear my skinny jeans with sandals, flats, sneakers, booties, etc. You can pry them from my cold, dead hands.

It definitely depends how they are styled- I agree that those women look stylish, but mom jeans with a sweatshirt and sneakers generally looks dumpier than the same items paired with skinny jeans.

Not OP but let's get back to the Spring uniform ideas. I would love to find cute tops to throw on but everything I see is sooo boring - plain, striped or camo. ugh.

Unpopular opinion - I don’t think skinny jeans are as flattering as many think. Depending on one’s figure, I think it can emphasize some unflattering bits. They are classic, no doubt, but hardly the magic unicorn of jeans.

I like straight leg jeans but not this cropped nonsense. It just looks stupid.

I like them for pairing with certain shoes- I can wear my cropped jeans with my ankle boots as-is, they wouldn’t look right if full length. But I have a full length pair to wear with other shoes.

I'm late to the party but bumping this because I actually like the pics. If you're still around pp - can you please send the link for where you got these? I'd like to order some.

As a tall person the high water jeans bring back nightmares of a time before long sizes. No way, no how, no thank you. Never. You can pry my full length skinnies out of my cold hands.

You can wear regular shoes with these jeans too. You're just not used to something other than skinnies. We've been swimming in an ocean of skinnies for a decade.
