Someone already suggested stuffed cabbage, but if you're lazy like me you can do a cabbage and beef casserole instead which tastes similar and is less work.

We had a meal kit success that we moved into regular rotation. Originally I thought ground beef was odd (like stir-fry would have been better), but the kids like it. The original might have been hello fresh and this is now a loose interpretation.
Strip fry 1 red pepper, one box mushrooms, bok choy, and 5 stems of kale Cook ground beef w garlic and ginger. Stir in 1/4c teriyaki sauce, 1tbs soy, a drizzle of sesame oil and however much rooster you like. Mix w veggies. Serve w lo main or long-life noodles Garnish w cilantro and green onion |

Breakfast casserole - ground beef, onion, bunch of random chopped up veggies. 6-12 eggs beat and poured over. Cheese on top or layered. In oven ~45 minutes at 375 depending on how much stuff you stuff into it. |
