+1. Dr Timoveev is lovely and her bedside manner is so great when you're going through a stressful time. |
I liked Dr Landy too and did not find her to be alarmist. I saw her because I was having twins. I just googled her and it looks like she is still practicing. |
Did your OB tell you that? Then they should recommend an MFM. Where are you delivering? |
I also used Dr. Landy for my high-risk pregnancy. She diagnosed my DD's heart condition at 18 weeks and gave us recommendations for neo-natal cardiology and a second opinion. I really credit her with ensuring my DD had a positive outcome. Dr. Drassinower diagnosed a separate missed abortion and was very sensitive during a difficult loss. |
She was AMAZING! Paired Drassinower with Dr. Kelly and they made a DREAM TEAM! Add Nelson from the ultrasound room and it was a trifecta! Weekly visits for this mama. Grateful for the three listed above. |
Dr. Pinckert (I went to his Silver spring office). He and his entire team were always great, kind, patient and compassionate. |
How did you break up your MFM v OBGYN appts? I feel i have overcomplicated things having both and not sure how to go about scheduling out my remaning appts! I am 30 weeks - any advice would be appreciated |
I switched to MFM for all my remaining appointments once I reached the third trimester. Very glad I did. It is just logistically easier to go to one place for everything. |
Probably too far for you, but Dr Sheri Hamersley in Rockville was great. |
Agreed. IMO this is the only answer ![]() |
Another vote for Dr. Michael Gallagher. The bolded in particular resonates with me. |
They were right down the hall from one another and worked very closely as a team with us. We were weekly visits from early on. |
Dr. Thomas Pinckert in VA. He was awesome. |
Did you see an MFM exclusvily or an OB as well? |
