Not OP.. I love this. It’s a good way to reframe my thoughts about weight loss.

The weight loss for busy physicians podcast helped me. Listened to it while on my walk, felt kind of life changing, to be honest.

I tell myself over and over that whatever food I am craving I have eaten a hundred times already and not eating it this one time won't be deprivation.

I also tell myself that whatever food I am craving will always be available after I lose 10 lbs (or whatever weight), that there is no shortage of that food. And then I can go ahead and eat as much as I want of it. Sure that is not really true but in the moment it helps to think this way
