We have something like this for wet hats/glove next to the fire.

https://www.amazon.com/Inch-Oxford-Mitten-Dryer-Holds/dp/B004K9M00K/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=glove+drying+rack&qid=1613155400&sr=8-5

It is cheaper and different designs elsewhere.

1 pair of Gloves go in jacket pocket.
rest are in a basket

This. In the summer we switch out to sunscreen, bug spray, sunglasses, etc.

We have those Sterilite drawers on wheels in the closet. Just have to be careful kiddos don't put things away wet or they will get stinky.

If you want to keep more for whatever reason leave the rest in the closet or something and just rotate as desired. If your gloves have those little clips to attach them to one another, use them! We also started use zip lock easy slide bags to keep pairs together.

Why would you have 3 gloves anyway?

I meant pairs. We each have thick waterproof and a couple thinner pairs.

Shoe organizer on the back of the closet door for grownups.

Kids have bins in their rooms. One for hats, one for scarves & gloves. Only have a couple of pairs of gloves per kid.

This is what we did too.
