See I don't want to negotiate. I find those people, and the process, extremely distasteful and patently dishonest overall (not every individual is, I know). Just my opinion, but one shared by many.

No one cares about your opinion. It's entirely up to you whether you want to save a few thousand dollars by negotiating with people you find distasteful, or simply give thousands of dollars in additional profit to these same "distasteful" people. The only person impacted by this is you. You are not winning anyone over by publicly announcing your opinion, which you are of course entitled to.
