I know a set of twins with thise names. Morgan is known as Momo and Meghan as Meggy. They’ll work it out.

Meg and Morg

I’d rather be Meg.

It's fine. They likely won't be in the same class ever and after 18 won't live together either.

I know 3 sets of Matt/Mike twins and they all had zero issues with their names. And I'd argue that Matt/Mike are just as similar as Meghan and Morgan.

I have a friend with 3 kids (no twins) named Blaine, Blair and Blake. Now that is bad! She's lovely though, but not sure why she decided on only one name for all three of them!

Quick, get some gerbils and name one of them Morgan.

You can’t be for real.

Matt Mike is worse because it’s more boring. (Or maybe I just think that because I had bad experiences with my childhood neighbors with those names)

You would lose this argument.

OP should stay out of it but it's strange to see people acting like the only problem here is alliteration. Meghan and Morgan are only off by two letters. They share not just a first letter but also the entire final syllable.

Dp. I think Matt and Mike are more similar.
So the girls are off but three letters, not two, but have lots of options for nicknames.
Whatever - stay out of it OP. Unless you want us to critique your names...

It’s not of your business. Stay out of it, and do not offer your opinion.

One name has an O and an R and the other has an E and an H. All the other letters are the same. All but two.

In different spots.
Not sure why this is the deciding factor?

Or is it not as bad as I think it is?

No, it's bad right?

I know sisters named Megan and Morgan. I don't see an issue with those names at all...
