I just posted the WaPo article. I wanted to say that if you are a DCUM poster and live in the DMV you really should have a WaPo digital subscription at least or learn how to Google it for free before complaining on here about pay walls.

Sometimes I think the Post puts links in DCUM themselves. I will never subscribe. So, thanks to the one person who wrote the suspect's name, I googled and came up with this from the Georgetowner. I mean, it's interesting, but not worth a thread, honestly.
