is the child supposed to be present for both appointments?i ask because depending on how old, sometimes the doctors don't like to give their impressions while child is present.

just the second appointment. He is 4.

You should call the office and find out which days Dr. Conlon would like to see your son and what day he will give you his impressions. We've done it a few different ways with our kids.

Thanks, he sees me first monday and on Tuesday is the appointment with my son, so I'll ask him on Monday if he plans on giving his impression on Tuesday. If we need to make a 3rd appointment, I'll have my husband take off then.
