house slipper alternative - just a slip on shoe? ideas?

I got these and they have amazing arch support. They are wool so keep my feet warm but they never get sweaty and don't smell. They're lightweight and a little snug in my true size so stay on well. The Nordstrom Rack price is less than half of what they were selling for elsewhere when I bought them.

| I have hard wood floors and went through gripper socks, ugg slippers, dearfoam clogs, you name it. I’ve finally settled on vintage style puffy New Balance sneakers. The puffy tongue at the top of the shoe means I can just have them laced a little loosely so I can slip on and off, but the tongue will hold my foot in place when I walk. |
