Not playing.

Kohls is the worst! I also have stopped shopping there. CVS is pretty bad too with all those coupons.

Thank you! It's so convenient to me but I don't like the feeling of shopping there and feeling like a chump when everyone else in line has kohls bucks and coupons. I'm busy.

I once went to Macy's to replace a pair of shoes...my basic black wear three days a week kind of shoes that died unexpectedly. I just needed to get it done and did not have time to wait for shipping. Waited on line behind two ladies that was using like 6 different discounts and club membership and credits to try ot get the best deal for their joint purchases. The chashier is obviously enjoying helping them figure it all out. Finally they finish and I just want to buy my shoes. The cashier could not fathom that I just wanted to pay. I did not want a credit card. I did not want to join the club. I did not even have a coupon. I was saying I just want to purchase them and go...really.

I have also stopped going to DSW. I do not want to join their club. I am sure the company must put great pressue on them to get everyone to join because the last time I went after the woman pleaded with me It is free! Why would you not join? I value my privacy. back and forth. Finally she asked another customer if she could put my purchase on her card. I walked out at that point.

It’s been years since I shopped in a brick and mortar.

Macy's in person is a shit show. I don't have coupons, I don't want your credit card, I just want to buy my crap and leave.

Over the past 5 years, I have probably bought something in the store 5 or 6 times. Every time I am stuck behind people trying to use multiple coupons then arguing with the cashiers when they don't work. They need an express line for those of us who just want to pay full price and get out of there.

They cost $35 (which is reasonable), but Old Navy has sales often so I take a picture of the tag and leave the store and figure I will wait for a sale. Once home, I check online and they are $5 cheaper in the SAME store and with a few clicks, I locate a promo code which reduces the price again to less than $19. They were available for pickup in an hour. I can’t decide if I am happy or pi$$ed with these games.

I don't know why stores bother to have a in-store presence at all. Just turn them all into warehouses and be done with it.

Seriously. We are trying to work with you, stores, to keep your associates employed, but when you play games, can't make your in-store tickets match the tech on the website, make us ask for the online price, forget it. Plus you never have stock, sizes, colors anyway.

It looks like American customers in general likes those games. JCPenny tried to get away for short period of time - no coupons, no deals just everyday low prices. Well, didn't last long, and look where they are now (not that I missed it). And Kohls is still standing (barely, but still)

I think BB&B was also unsuccessful at not giving everyone 20% off of everything...including excepting expired and mulitple offers at a time.

I feel like such a sucker when I'm paying retail prices in a brick and mortar without a coupon or code. I know I'm being ripped off but I'm not "in the know" since it's a shop I don't usually frequent and I'm not on the email spam list. There's always a way around paying full price it seems, but you have to be dialed in.

Those coupons are useless to me since they almost always exclude the items I want.
