At that age with COVID, no. |
Yes, but find one that goes until 12:30 or 1. It makes a huge difference. |
Yes, we had our son in a morning program even though we had a nanny and he loved it. It was the perfect mix for him. |
When ours was 2, we put her in a part-time preschool, 3 days/week 9am-12pm. She loved it so much that by the end of the week, we moved her to 5 days/week but still 9am-12pm as we had a nanny and the nanny picked her up, gave her lunch, then nap time.
One thing we noticed is her vocabulary and speaking really shot up after going to preschool, but who knows if it was just due to her age, or being around kids. I thiknk it was the latter. |
3 hours of preschool is worth it. Whether it's worth it with the 1 hour of driving is up to your priorities. I hate driving so I would waver and hesitate but still enroll my kid. |
Absolutely worth it, my DD started part time preschool at 2 and she has learned so much, she has experiences I can't give her at home.

Your kid doesn't need it yet, but you might. So go for it if you need a little break. |
And the Gan if you’re ok with a Jewish preschool |
