It good. Your Asian mom lied to you |
| It’s a better alternative than Coke. |
| It's all I drink. My son drinks one every few days. He's 13. Would much rather he drink carbonated water than soda or gatorade. |
NP. My dad always told me it was good for stomachs. It makes my DC throw up. |

Regular Pellegrino is a big fat no for kids but occasional would be fine.
Mineral water has calcium and other minerals, which is fine in moderation. If it goes over the top, you're looking at kidney stones. |
???? this makes no sense. My family is German and everyone grew up drinking unlimited amounts sparkling mineral water to no ill effects. Absolutely fine for kids!!! The only potential problem with regular Pelligrino is the cost. OTOH if you are talking about the flavored versions aka the "sparkling beverages" - those are very high in sugar which is a problem and should only be drunk in moderation. |
| Isn't that how you drink juice? We mix it with water or san pelligrino for the kids. I grew up mostly in Europe though. |

There's a reason why Europeans have bad teeth.
|
It's not because of sparking water. It's because people don't take care of their teeth that well. They rarely go for a cleaning. A lot of people don't ever floss. I was talking with my friends back home and one of them was complaining that she went for a cleaning and it hurt like hell. I asked if she flosses and she said "What's that? that thread looking thing? No". Another one commented on how her family only brushes teeth in the evening during the pandemic because they are working from home... Pellegrino is healthy, but it's best to not always drink just one type of water to get balanced minerals. We love sparking water in Europe and we live longer than you guys Plus it's great with orange juice or Ribena. What I don't like about it is the plastic trash it creates.
