McAuliffe, when Virginia needed a real leader, allowed mass chaos to ensue to the point of a woman being killed and two state troopers dying. The eyewitness accounts of how the police stood down, how they refused to intervene when violence started, guns drawn, etc., is undeniably awful. Heather Heyer's mother and the people who were with her when she was killed participated in this film and give their accounts.

I cannot forgive him at all, and I am very liberal and voted for him. I think Virginia can do, and deserves, much better.

Here is a clip that some other YouTuber felt compelled to record and upload on part of the topic.

You’re blaming a helicopter crash on the Governor?

it never should have gotten that bad. Educate yourself and then we can have a civil discussion.

Sorry - PP, you’re of the view that it had “gotten that bad” to such a degree that the middle-atmosphere wind patterns were disrupted? What an idiot. You’re taking the side of the Proud Boys and AmNazis. The answer is No.

Reading is essential. Those police officers should never have even been flying because the event should never had been held. Seriously.

Seriously, how was he supposed to prevent the event from being held?

I probably will vote for him

I don’t see how McAuliffe doesn’t win a D primary. McClelland doesn’t have the same name recognition and may lose some votes to Fairfax; Carter will divide the far-left vote with Carroll Foy if he decides to run.

OMG...WHO IS VOTING FOR FAIRFAX??????

I cannot believe the temerity of this guy that he's planning on running.

No joke, if he runs i may actually not vote for governor.

I'll vote for him again. And I hope Northam runs again after McAuliffe's term is up.

And before anyone calls me out for only supporting white men, I have no problem saying that I'm a black woman who has been less than impressed with the other candidates.
