If it's over a mountain, it needs to be delivered before nightfall. The locals are weird about driving over the mountains at night.

I'm sorry - this post is a bit sad. Is there nobody who wants to have Thanksgiving with them? None of their kids? No nearby friends??

1) Do they belong to a church? Ask if someone there could drop them off a meal

2) Could you instacart them a meal from somewhere decent?

DW informs me that Cracker Barrel does a Thanksgiving meal. It would help to know where in Central PA this is.

Every small town has Grub hub even in rural areas.
