Yes, we are and, yes, OOS kids get it too. Competition is pretty tough though. Good luck.

The exact amount varies by school but they are coming in at roughly half tuition. Still waiting to hear how much more she will get if she gets into the honors programs.

Try Kalamazoo, Lynchburg, and Trinity University (San Antonio). They are very transparent.

DC is a National Merit Semifinalist. They must have released the mailing list recently, because in the past few days, DC is getting offers like full tuition, room and board at some southern schools they haven't applied to (and have no interest in attending).

My kid used to get ton of junk mails with similar offers too - Bama, Oklahoma, and other southern and midwest state schools.

NMSF competition is based on 11th grade PSAT.
