Actually, the illegally placed signs were for a Democratic candidate. Because my mother, his Republican opponent, was the one who asked me to remove them. |
All of the ones posted illegally, or just the ones that aren’t supporting the correct candidate? |
| So, about those signs: https://twitter.com/TomLynch_/status/1322295315127521285 |
He was stealing them from people’s homes. |
Yes, he was. Which signs was he stealing? |

Really, this is how our community is portrayed in the news? We are better, if you don’t agree with someone you have to vandalize??? https://www.nbcwashington.com/news/politics/decision-2020/election-season-on-edge-isolated-bad-actors-remind-how-tense-2020-is/2458855/ |
| As someone who had worked on campaigns, signs are taken down all the time. Stolen, removed because they are blocking sightlines or are accidentally someone's property, because someone complained, moved to a better location etc. I've gone out in the middle of the night to remove vandalized signs before. It's not a new issue. |
From the story I just watched In the link above they were on private property, not public, and the two people were caught on a ring camera! |
|
A lot of people are being caught, thanks to doorbell cameras

Wow, you are biased. On my neighborhood listserv in Montgomery county Maryland somebody was posting about their Biden signs been stolen from their yard and another person posted that they had a car tire knived, and they suspect it was because they had a Biden sign in the yard. So I don’t know why you’re assuming only one side is stealing signs. Please curb your hate |
