sleep training at 4 months, keep swaddled or unswaddle

OP here. He went to sleep awake with minimal fuss (part of the reason I don’t get the night wakings), and did as well as he’s been doing in the snoo! he was up at 1 and 5. He does go right back down, and it’s not unheard of for a four month old to have two feedings. It’s just that he was giving us much longer chunks. I’ve tried giving him extra milk during the day and also extra ounces at the nighttime nursing, but he is either uninterested (during the day) or it’s not helping (at night)

I am glad he slept well though! At least when we do get to longer stretches we won’t also be doing swaddle and snoo weaning.

it might take a few nights for the extra calories during the day to extend the stretches of sleep at night.
