Baby not sleeping enough at night!

This is so normal, some kids just wake early and there may not be anything you can do about it - I’m sorry! I just go to bed a little earlier and try to enjoy the quiet morning time together

I also upped her lunch by a bit. My husband thinks it's b/c she had Mac and cheese (carbs). But she slept until 740. She even slept through the garbage trucks. It's so weird....

Hmmmm. Good idea. I’m going to try Mac and cheese for my 14 month old (25th percentile weight). She only sleeps through the night (7pm to 6am) about 5 days each week. When she doesn’t sleep through, she wakes up at 4am to BF.

OP again. We have tried this a few times. I doubled her lunch and feed her dinner until she starts throwing it. It took 1.5 hours to finish dinner last night. BUT she has slept until 730-745 a few nights in a row (knock on wood) so it's working. You 14 month old should definitely be sleeping through the night. It's time to train her.
