One has a boatload of experience. The other has some experience plus education. Therefore, rate may be similar. Knowing the "going rate" for Capitol Hill doesn't help with two specific nannies during covid. OP needs to ask what THEY would take for the position and then use that information to hire one or decide to move with tehir search. |
