If you aren't anxious about driving, do you have any tips?

I'm most nervous on highways, with tailgaters, people driving 80+ mph, those who change lanes with inches to spare. They are the ones most likely to cause accidents.

I’m not normally anxious about driving but in some certain, dangerous driving conditions it helps knowing your car safety ratings. I have literally watched crash tests of my car before buying for safety reassurance. Got a tank for a car that helps protect my family and helps calm my nerves in dicey weather conditions.

A tank-like car might protect your family but will be devastating for someone else’s family.

take a defensive driving/smith system driving course before you take therapy for it.

+1 Absolutely recommend Smith System driving course.

When we are together my husband always drives so I’m not anxious because I hate highway driving.
